About The Role: Workhorse Hire Force is currently looking for an experienced cleaner for an immediate start. The role is based in Hope Valley 6165
- Monday – Friday, 6am – 3:00pm with possible over time
- The role entails industrial cleaning of facilities and modular buildings as directed
- Sweeping floors, ceiling, scotia, walls, doors.
- Remove any marks and glue
- Vaccum floor ready for buffing.
- Buffing floors
- You will demonstrate commitment to the position, pride in your work, reliability as well as be able to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued
- Previous industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Be able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role
- Current drivers’ licence
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Understanding of Work, Health & Safety
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen

- Experience in Loading/unloading sea containers is beneficial as you will be maneuvering sea container size objects in and out of a manufacturing facility.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for various tasks.
- Effective multitasking and handling of diverse job requirements.
- Willingness to perform forklift operation, yard work and housekeeping whenever required.
- Communicate with and take directions from site supervisors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Meet project deadlines and requirements under pressure.
- Essential: White Card, with Work at Heights highly regarded.
- Forklift ticket.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Completion of required inductions, medical fitness, and passing a drug test.
- Full rights to work in Australia.

General Labourer
About the role: Candidates must have 2+ years experience as a Factory Hand, Production Assistant or Machine Operator. Candidates must also be reliable, hardworking and physically fit.
Attention to detail, effective communication and the ability to be on one’s feet all day is essential to success in this role.
